I love the start of the New Year. More ideas.  New opportunities.

Market Update. In December, rather than a drop in prices, we’ve seen an increase in multiple offers of properties on the Westside that are in prime locations and are remodeled to the nines. Stay tuned.

In the meantime let’s learn from 2005.  Lesson # 1:  buyers will pay incredible prices for properties that look like they just stepped out of the pages of Metropolitan Home or Elle Décor!
