  • In Pacific Palisades, a brand new construction home with Ocean Views sold for 5 Million dollars within the first week.  Regular homes in the area sell for $1,300,000 – 3 Million.
  • An adorable bungalow in Sunset Park, remodeled with new everything, about 1400 sq ft, sold for $1,595,000 within days of the first open house. 

If the home or condo is beautiful, unique, special, exciting, in a premier location, in excellent condition on the Westside…guess what!? It sells in this market, and at a high price.

Let’s now flip the coin…run of the mill properties are not faring so well.  Condos in Brentwood and Santa Monica are down in price anywhere from 5% to 10%.  Single family homes with regular appliances, old carpeting etc…they will sell at a reduced price.
