During her 20-year career, Sanda has been fortunate to have worked with incredible clients taking care of their real estate needs in the best neighborhoods on the Westside. Because of Sanda's involvement with Rotary International, Chambers of Commerce, and MOCA , many of her clients have been referred to her. At present she is the President of the Rotary Club of Pacific Palisades, is on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce there, and is in MOCA Director's Forum 2009-2010.

Sanda was raised in Milan Italy and came to the United States as a teenager. She studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A. degree), at the University of Illinois-Champagne-Urbana (M.A. degree), and at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. In 1976 Sanda moved to Los Angeles where she became an entrepreneur and started a well-known catering company called Aubergine & Assoc. Her clients where in the banking, architecture, and design industries.

In 1989 Sanda became a Realtor on the Westside where she worked with first time home buyers. Once ready for a bigger home these same clients called Sanda to make the move. In addition she has formed relationships with attorneys, accountants, and has helped their clients with their real estate needs.

Sanda is also very skilled in constantly meeting new people so that she has a constant flow of buyers and sellers to draw from as she loves to put people together and help them with all of their real estate projects and needs.

Sanda is proud of her accomplishments as a Realtor and has a real gift for seeing the potential of a property so she can market it to attain the highest net for her clients.

Sanda and her husband live in Santa Monica just around the corner from Montana Avenue. They have two grandchildren. In their spare time, they are fond of going to contemporary art & jazz events, as well as the movies.

As a Realtor Sanda views herself as an advisor and a negotiator. She sees the real estate market through the eyes of a professional who evaluates local and neighborhood real estate trends. Sanda believes in effectively communicating with her clients so they can navigate the fluctuating real estate market and make appropriate adjustments to reach their goals.
