Over the course of her 20-year career as a Realtor, Sanda has worked with incredible clients negotiating their real estate transactions for homes in the best neighborhoods on the Westside. Because of Sanda’s involvement with Rotary International, the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce, and MOCA, many of her clients have been referred to her by her many friends in these organizations. Sanda is past President of the Rotary Club of Pacific Palisades, past Board Member of the Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce 2009-10, was in MOCA Director’s Forum 2009-2010 and now a member of MOCA Contemporaries as well as a member of the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association.

Sanda was raised in Milan Italy and came to the United States as a teenager. She received a B.A. Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. degree at the University of Illinois-Champagne-Urbana, and did post-graduate work at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. In 1976 Sanda moved to Los Angeles where she became an entrepreneur and started a well-known catering company called Aubergine & Assoc.

In 1989 Sanda became a Realtor on the Westside. Because of the down market at the time, she quickly had to become a skilled negotiator. A consummate negotiator now, Sanda continues to obtain the highest net for her sellers, and the best value price for her buyers.

Sanda is proud of her accomplishments as a Realtor and has a real passion for seeing the potential of a property and making suggestions on how to maximize it to bring out its highest value. This according to Sanda can be done in any market. To this end Sanda works with many of her connections in the design and remodeling industry.

Sanda views herself as a Realtor who is an advisor and a negotiator. She sees the real estate market through the eyes of a professional looking at neighborhoods and properties with future potential in mind. She analyses sales trends and is thus a great asset to her clients in achieving real estate goals.

Sanda and her Italian husband live in Santa Monica. Both can be seen on Caravan every Tuesday looking for the best deals from the most expensive estates to the cutest condos on the Westside, and in their leisure time they go to the leading contemporary art galleries and museums & jazz events around town.
