Over the course of her 22-year career as a Realtor, Sanda has worked with incredible clients negotiating their real estate transactions for homes in the best neighborhoods on the Westside. 

From first-time home buyers to seasoned buyers and sellers, Sanda’s enthusiasm, professionalism, perseverance, and love for what she does, translates in her clients saying that “whatever Sanda does is always First Class.”

Sanda is very involved in the communities she lives and specializes in. She was The Pacific Palisades Rotary Club President in 2009-2010, and on the board of The Palisades Chamber of Commerce in 2008-2010.  As a MOCA member, she was in the MOCA Director’s Forum for 2009-2010, the MOCA Project Council, and the MOCA Contemporaries.

Sanda also goes to many seminars in conjunction with her interests in real estate as well as world affairs like the Forum Series at the Milken Institute in Santa Monica and CREW-LA, the organization for commercial real estate women in California.

Sanda also goes to meet the neighbors in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Brentwood where her listings and sales are. This gives her an incredible perspective of what is actually going on in these areas which helps her clients understand values and trends in these neighborhoods.

Sanda also writes a very successful weekly e-News on what buyers and sellers care and want to know most about. There are at present about 5000 subscribers on her mailing list.

Sanda was raised in Milan Italy and came to the United States as a teenager. She received a B.A. Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. degree at the University of Illinois-Champagne-Urbana, and did post-graduate work at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.  In 1976 Sanda moved to Los Angeles where she became an entrepreneur.

In 1989 Sanda became a Realtor on the Westside.  Because of the down market at the time, she quickly had to become a skilled negotiator.  A consummate negotiator now, Sanda continues to obtain the highest price for her sellers, and the best value price for her buyers.

Sanda is proud of her accomplishments as a Realtor and has a real passion for seeing the potential of a property and making suggestions on how to improve it to bring out its highest value.  She analyzes sales trends daily and is thus better able to assist her clients in making informed decisions.  

Sanda is also an expert marketer who knows how to attract people to a property through her custom campaigns and Sotheby’s global internet partnership network.

Sanda and her Italian husband live in Santa Monica. In their leisure time they go to the leading art exhibits, jazz events, and love to eat spaghetti.
