I grew up in Milan, Italy where I went to the Swiss School around the corner from where we lived.
in 1961 my parents realized a dream they had to move to the United States. We settled in Milwaukee Wisconsin on a snowy day in February.
I was a teenager then. In the evening we learned English by watching wrestling matches on TV..
In 1989 I became a Realtor. I was looking for a new direction that included my passion for architecture, fashion, design and being an entrepreneur.
Right away I went scouting to discover new neighborhoods in Los Angeles that showed promise.
My husband and I live in Santa Monica.
In our spare time we love to walk, listen to jazz, go to Car & Art Shows, Museums, and eat spaghetti of course!
During my 33-year career as a Realtor, I have tracked properties in the Greater Los Angeles Area, their development, their trends and prices
to clients make great deals & sell at the highest price.
I have sold all types of properties in all price ranges, from condos to lofts, to luxury single family homes and investment properties all over town.
My years of experience have taught me how to negotiate to maximize results with my client's best interest in mind.
When representing sellers, I believe that assessing & transforming their home, properly pricing it for sale,
and doing massive marketing will increase competition among buyers and lead to a higher sales price for them.
For buyers, I have the best & most current strategies to make their offer stand out from the competition & the latest negotiating tactics to give them
an edge so they can buy the home they love.
Throughout the years, I've been actively involved in Rotary, the Pacific Palisades Chamber, MOCA Women's Council, the Beverly Hills Bar Association,
and the Santa Monica Bar Association.
In looking for solutions to some of my client's real estate problems when owning properties, in 2018 I founded Business + Coffee, a referral network
of trusted & highly skilled professionals and vendors I refer to them when needed.
